The students on this course will be shown how to make both modern and classic floral designs. A good florist should be adaptable and listen to their client needs or at least provide the correct items for their market. Learning to use solid time trusted techniques is a great foundation for creating some of today's more challenging designs that require excellent workmanship. Glue and spray paint are encouraged where time and cost are key elements and students are encouraged to explore different methods to arrive at the same design solution. In the world of the floral designer, the primary concern is often logistics and the practicality of design transportation or construction before flower content.
